Setting Up Automatic Email Replies as an IMAP User

Note – Exchange account users will need to follow These Directions to set up automatic replies. If you are not sure if your email is set up as an Exchange account or an IMAP account, check our Exchange vs IMAP guide.


To have your e-mail automatically respond to senders when you are out of the office or on vacation, visit and fill out the form.

  • When you return be sure to follow the same link and Disable Auto-Responder or people will continue to receive your away message even when you’re back
